Assistant Secretary of State for Western Hemisphere Affairs Roger F. Noriega to Discuss the U.S.-Mexico Binational Commission

Assistant Secretary of State for Western Hemisphere Affairs Roger F. Noriega will brief the press off camera, on the record on Monday, November 10, 2003 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. to discuss the U.S.-Mexico Binational Commission meeting that will take place in Washington, D.C. on November 12, 2003. The briefing will be held in the Department of State Press Briefing Room (2209).

Press wishing to attend this briefing who do not have a Department of State building pass should arrive at the 23rd street entrance by 9:30 a.m.

Media representatives who plan to attend must present one of the following press credentials: (1) a U.S. Government-issued identification card (Department of State, White House, Congress, Department of Defense, or Foreign Press Center), (2) a media-issued photo identification card, or (3) a letter from their employer on letterhead verifying their employment as a journalist, accompanied by an official photo identification (driver’s license or passport).
