EPA’s Region 10 Pesticides Office is responsible for implementing the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington.  Most of these requirements have been delegated to our state lead agencies through cooperative agreements. 

Contact your state lead agency to report a pesticide application violation or for information on how to become a certified pesticide applicator.
