Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice To Address U.S.-India Business Council

Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice will address the U.S.-India Business Council’s 32nd Anniversary Leadership Summit on Wednesday, June 27, 2007 at 1:15 p.m., in the Hall of Flags of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, 1615 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC. The Secretary will take questions from the audience after her remarks.

The U.S.-India Business Council is a leading advocacy organization representing the largest U.S. companies investing in India, promoting economic reforms with an aim to deepen trade relations and broaden commercial ties with India.

The Secretary’s remarks and questions and answers will be open for press coverage. Media planning to attend this event must register inside of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce before they come into the Hall of Flags for the event.

Pre-set time for cameras: 12:15-12:25 p.m. from the main entrance

Cameras must be pre-set between these times. Access for cameras after 12:25 p.m. will not be permitted.

Final access time for writers and still photographers: 12:45 p.m.
