The VA Hudson Valley Health Care System includes the FDR Campus in Montrose, Westchester County, the Castle Point Campus in Dutchess County and several community based clinics. Dedicated to providing a wide range of services to the veterans of the Hudson Valley, the HVHS offers medical, surgical, psychiatric, substance abuse treatment and extended care. Specialty programs include Community Care, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Respite Care Program, Sexual Trauma Counseling, Supportive Housing, Vocational Testing and Career Counseling, Women's Health, Optometry, Podiatry, Social Work, Rehabilitation Medicine, and Spinal Cord Injury. The Franklin Delano Roosevelt Campus is located along the banks of the Hudson River in Westchester County. FDR boasts one of the largest community care home programs for veterans within the entire 172 VA hospital system and provides tertiary care in acute and chronic psychiatry. Inpatient and outpatient services are supported by dental, optometry, podiatry, women's health clinics and more.
