Secretary Rice: Travel to Moscow, May 14-15, 2007

Secretary Rice Discusses Bilateral and Global Issues in Moscow, Russia
(May 15):
"...This is a complicated relationship and we're not going to agree on everything. We certainly have come to agree on a number of very important issues. I think we are doing really very well in working together on Iran, for instance, and the nuclear challenge from Iran. I think we're doing very well in the six-party talks on issues of nonproliferation and nuclear terrorism, on terrorism more broadly."

Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice visited Moscow, Russia for meetings with senior government officials and representatives of civil society. Her discussions with Russian Federation leaders covered a wide range of bilateral and global issues, including Iran, Kosovo, Israeli-Palestinian concerns and missile defense.
