found a Bushmaster .223 firearm and approximately 50 lbs. of
marijuana. A subsequent search warrant of the residence revealed
evidence of further illegal activities. FOSTER is being charges with
several State of Texas Narcotics Violations and a federal violation
of being a felon in possession of a firearm.
