3404(c) CVPIA Contract Renewal Process
In accordance with Section 3404(c) of the Central Valley Project Improvement Act (CVPIA), Reclamation will negotiate long-term water service contracts. It is anticipated that as many as 113 CVP (Central Valley Project) water service contracts, located within the Central Valley of California, may be renewed during this negotiation process.
