What is RSS? Really Simple Syndication (RSS) is an XML-based format for content distribution. The Solid Waste Division offers RSS feeds for use in news readers and Web logs (blogs). These feeds include headlines, summaries and links to full articles. When you click on an RSS subscription button below, you will be prompted to subscribe using your news reader of choice.
