| ? Team 16 - Communications Plan - Appendix 2, "Design Team Communications Plan", Page 2, first full paragraph. The way that this paragraph with bulleted items relates to a communication plan was not immediately clear. Because the document is about communications with stakeholders, my first impression was that these items are suggested for inclusion in the communication plan. But on rereading, the paragraph seems to call for internal documentation of the way that feedback from stakeholders influenced the design process and the final design. If this is the intent, it would be helpful to the reader if this paragraph were under the subheading ?Documentation of Design Program Changes?, or words to that effect. |
