| I reviewed the design construction close-out database, as well as the related links to that section. I work in a project management role on projects that would be considered small-medium, for Reclamation. I found the mock-ups to be simple, easy to use, and effective at capturing the essential project information that will help Reclamation improve it's project management processes. In response to the question posed on the mock-up, asking whether canned reports would be preferred versus building your own report, I would prefer to see some ability to customize these reports, through optional modules which could be added to fit a particular project. In summary, I find the mock-ups to be a gret starting point, for improving Reclamation-wide project management. Thanks. |
