Terminal 30 Port of Seattle permit problem resolved

SEATTLE -
The Seattle District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, notified the Port of Seattle Sept. 17 that the over-dredging permit violation has been resolved for their Terminal 30 and 91 projects.
The Corps reviewed information provided by the Port and Port contractors and determined that the compliance problem could be resolved by accepting the as-built conditions and adding revised special conditions to the permit.
