National Restaurant Association Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show (NRA Show) – May 21-24, 2005, Chicago, Illinois
The NRA Show has been the leading trade show in the restaurant and hospitality industry since its inception 84 years ago. Many specific groups and organizations allied to the hospitality industry hold meetings in Chicago immediately preceding, during, and following the show, further solidifying its position as the leading annual event in the hospitality industry. The registration fee for members of the official Department of Commerce delegations will be waived. There will be an array of educational programs offered at the show. Show badge is required for admission; there is no additional charge for the regular educational programs. The full range of food and beverage products, technology and services aimed at the restaurant and lodging industries are represented at the NRA Show. There will be over 860 different products categories some of which are: China, linens, uniforms, computer systems, appliances, pest control, hotel equipment, foods, cafeteria equipment, and many more. The NAFEM Show – September 23 – 25, 2005 - Anaheim, California, USA
NAFEM's biennial show features more than 625 North American manufacturers displaying the latest equipment and supplies designed specifically for the world's foodservice industry. The exhibition exclusively features products for food preparation, storage, cooking and table service. Approximately 20,000 foodservice industry professionals, including 2,000 international industry representatives from more than 80 countries attend the show. NAFEM also features catering solutions, technology applications and management techniques from experienced experts through on-floor pavilions and demonstration areas, and educational seminars, workshops and panel discussions. NAFEM is the only show of this size and scope dedicated exclusively to foodservice equipment and supplies. Advance registration fee for all attendees is $25. On-site registration is $50 for domestic and $25 for international delegates. In addition, international attendees receive complimentary admission to the Global Networking Event, an event designed to bring international attendees and exporting exhibitors together in a fun, casual setting away from the show floor. Tickets for exhibitors and domestic attendees to attend this event are $95 each.
