Subject Content: The 1990 Census Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Supplemental Tabulations File, Part 2 is based on data from the 1990 decennial census. This file was originally done for a consortium of four Federal agencies. This file contains four data tables. These tables are identified as F1 - F4. Part 1 was prepared earlier for a group of private sector users.

Tables F1 - F4 are listed below. This tables present EEO data similar to those on the 1990 census/EEO file, but are expanded to include occupation data by age, sex, race, Hispanic origin, and education.

The data in each file will be presented in a collapsed fashion. This is, table cells with no data are not shown. The universe for this file is civilian workers. Employment Status Recode 1 (Employed, at work).

F2. Occupation (OPM*) by Education, Sex, Race, and Hispanic origin.
Universe: Civilian workers (ESR 1)

F3. Occupation (EEO-1*) by Sex, Race, and Hispanic origin.
Universe: Civilian workers (ESR 1)

F4. Occupation (EEO-4*) by Sex, Race, and Hispanic origin.
Universe: Civilian workers (ESR 1)

Notes: ESR 1 = Employment Status Recode 1 = Employed, at work OPM = Office of Personnel Management EEO-1 is an employer information report for private company data provided to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). EEO-4 is a State and local government information report, also provided to the EEOC.

Geography: Tables F1 - F4 are provided for counties, places of 50,000 or more, and in nine States for Minor Civil Division (MCD's) of 50,000 or more. The data are tallied by place of work. For each place of work, counts are given for up to nine counties of residence.
