The California Endowment awards grants to organizations which support our mission “to expand access to affordable, quality health care for underserved individuals and communities, and to promote fundamental improvements in the health status of all Californians.”

In 2010, The California Endowment will embark on a new, 10-year strategic direction: Building Healthy Communities. Our goal is to support the development of communities where kids and youth are healthy, safe and ready to learn.
