ACTION: Notice of charter renewal. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: Notice is given that the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is renewing the Charter for the Urban Wet Weather (UWW) Flows Advisory Committee (and its two subcommittees) for an additional 2-year period. This Committee serves the public interest, in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA), 5 U.S.C. appl. 2 section 9(c). The purpose of the Urban Wet Weather Flows Federal Advisory Committee is to provide advice and counsel to the Administrator of EPA on issues associated with urban wet weather discharges, including municipal and industrial storm water runoff, combined sewer overflows, and sanitary sewer overflows. It is determined that the Urban Wet Weather Flows Federal Advisory Committee is in the public interest in connection with the performance of duties imposed on the Agency by law.
