Radio Broadcasting Services; Tumon, GU

AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.

ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: The Commission, at the request of Guam Broadcast Services, 
Inc., allots Channel 282A at Tumon, Guam, as the community's first 
local aural transmission service. See 63 FR 38785, July 20, 1998. 
Channel 282A can be allotted to Tumon in compliance with the 
Commission's minimum distance separation requirements without the 
imposition of a site restriction at petitioner's requested site. The 
coordinates for Channel 282A at Tumon are 13-30-25 North Latitude and 
144-48-05 East Longitude. With this action, this proceeding is 
terminated.

EFFECTIVE DATE: July 14, 1999. A filing window for Channel 282A at 
Tumon, Guam, will not be opened at this time. Instead, the issue of 
opening a filing window for this channel will be addressed by the 
Commission in a subsequent order.
