ACTION: Notice. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: The CNO Executive Panel is to conduct the final briefing of the Congressional Support Short Study to the Chief of Naval Operations. This meeting will consist of discussions relating to Navy liaison with Capitol Hill. DATES: The meeting will be held on December 15, 1999, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. ADDRESSES: The meeting will be held at the office of the Chief of Naval Operations, 2000 Navy Pentagon, Washington, DC 20350-2000.
