The denial notice was signed on December 18, 1998 and published in the Federal Register on January 25, 1999 (64 FR 3720 and 3721, respectively). The petitioner requested Administrative Reconsideration and provided new information which warrants the reopening of the investigation. Conclusion After careful review of the application, I conclude that the claim is of sufficient weight to justify reconsideration of the Department of Labor's prior decision.
