Take notice that on March 5, 1999, Williams Gas Pipelines Central, Inc. (Williams), One Williams Center, P.O. Box 3288, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74101, filed in Docket No. CP99-239-000 a request pursuant to Sections 157.205 and 157.216(b) of the Commission's Regulations under the Natural Gas Act (18 CFR 157.205 and 157.216(b)) for authorization to abandon by reclaim facilities used for the receipt of transportation gas from Williams Energy Services Company (WESCO) (Meter #16375), formerly known as Williams Field Services, at the New Castle/Dunning setting located in Grady County, Oklahoma, under the blanket certificate issued in Docket No. CP82-479-000, pursuant to Section 7(b) of the Natural Gas Act, all as more fully set forth in the request which is on file with the Commission and open to public inspection. Williams seeks reauthorization to reclaim the tap, metering and appurtenant facilities at Meter #16375, which were originally installed in 1995 to receive transportation gas from WESCO. Williams included in its application a copy of WESCO's letter advising Williams that it abandoned and reclaimed its facilities at New Castle/Dunning. Williams owns the measurement setting and WESCO owned the dehydration equipment. Williams will sell the measurement site to the landowner after the reclaim has been approved. Williams estimates that the reclaim cost will be approximately $1,200. Williams states that it is sending a copy of this request to the Oklahoma Corporation Commission. Any persons or the Commission's staff may, within 45 days after issuance of the instant notice by the Commission, file pursuant to Rule 214 of the Commission's Procedural Rules (18 CFR 385.214) a motion to intervene or notice of intervention and pursuant to Section 157.205 of the Regulations under the Natural Gas Act (18 CFR 157.205) a protest to the request. If no protest is filed within the time allowed therefor, the proposed activity shall be deemed authorized effective the day after the time allowed for filing a protest. If a protest is filed and not withdrawn within 30 days after the time allowed for filing a protest, the instant request shall be treated as an application for authorization pursuant to Section 7 of the Natural Gas Act.
