HQ USAF Scientific Advisory Board Meeting

    The 1999 Spring General Board Meeting in support of the HQ USAF 
Scientific Advisory Board will meet at Colorado Springs, CO on March 
24-26, 1999 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
    The purpose of the meeting is to complement the ``data gathering'' 
phase of ongoing study efforts.
    The meeting will be closed to the public in accordance with Section 
552b of Title 5, United States Code, specifically subparagraphs (1) and 
(4) thereof.
