ACTION: Notice of public hearing; correction. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: On January 22, 1999, NMFS published a notice announcing a series of public hearings to receive comments from fishery participants and other members of the public regarding proposed regulations to implement the draft Fishery Management Plan for Atlantic Tunas, Swordfish, and Sharks (HMS FMP), and draft Amendment 1 to the Atlantic Billfish Fishery Management Plan (Billfish Amendment). NMFS announces a change of location for one of the public hearings. DATES: The public hearing in Ocean City, MD will be held from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 3, 1999. Written comments on the proposed rule must be received by March 4, 1999.
