Take notice that on December 28, 1998, Southern Natural Gas Company (Southern) filed a one-year report regarding operational flow orders implemented on its system during the past year. Southern states that the report is submitted pursuant to a Commission Order Following Technical Conference issued December 24, 1997, in Docket No. RP97-420-000. Southern states that copies of the report have been served on each person designated on the official service list. Any person desiring to protest this filing should file a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE, Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations.
