App. 2), notice is hereby given that the Secretary of the Navy's Advisory Subcommittee on Naval History, a subcommittee of the Department of Defense Historical Advisory Committee, will meet. The meeting will be open to the public. DATES: The time of the meeting will be from 0800-1600 on September 16 and 0800-1600 on September 17, 1998.
