AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.

ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: This document reallots Channel 268C1 from Giddings, Texas, to 
Buda, Texas, and modifies the license for Station KROX to specify 
operation on Channel 268C1 at Buda in response to a petition filed by 
LBJS Broadcasting Company, L.P. See 64 FR 12924, March 16, 1999. The 
coordinates for Channel 268C1 at Buda are 29-57-00 and 97-22-13. With 
this action, this proceeding is terminated.

EFFECTIVE DATE: August 9, 1999.
