Take notice that on June 25, 1999, Transwestern Pipeline Company (Transwestern) tendered for filing a Report of Refund reflecting distribution of a GRI refund received on May 28, 1999 in the amount of $159,621, with Transwestern credited to its eligible firm shippers on June 11, 1999. Transwestern states that it provided a credit to its eligible firm Shippers on a pro rata basis based on amounts paid by such shippers through GRI surcharges for 1998. Transwestern states that copies of the filing were served upon all affected parties and interested State Commissions. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE, Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with sections 385.214 or 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations.
