Take notice that on December 21, 1999, Sumas International Pipeline Inc. (SIPI), filed a request for waiver of GISB electronic and interactive web site standards until its Part 284 shippers request that SIPI implement those standards on its system. SIPI states that its waiver request is consistent with waivers granted by the Commission for comparable interstate pipelines. SIPI states that copies of the filing have been mailed to all customers of SIPI and other Interested Parties. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest this filing should file a motion to intervene with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE, Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Sections 385.214 and 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations.
