    Take notice that the following hydroelectric application amendment 
has been filed with the Commission and is available for public 
inspection.

    c. Date Filed: October 13, 1999.
    d. Applicant: McGrew & Associates and the City of Tacoma, 
Washington--previous applicants; McGrew & Associates (DBA Renewables, 
Inc.)--new applicant.
    e. Name of Project: Wells Creek Hydroelectric Project.
    f. Location: Proposed to be located on Wells Creek, a tributary of 
the North Fork Nooksack River in Whatcom County, Washington. The 
project would occupy federal lands administered by the U.S. Forest 
Service.
