Application of Marine Biotechnology To Assess the Health of 
Coastal Ecosystems: Request for Proposals for FY 2000; Correction

AGENCY: National Sea Grant College Program, National Oceanic and 
Atmospheric Administration, Department of Commerce.

ACTION: Notice; Correction.

SUMMARY: The National Sea Grant College Program (See Grant) published a 
document in the Federal Register on November 1, 1999, concerning a 
request for proposals on the ``Application of Marine Biotechnology to 
Assess the Health of Coastal Ecosystems: Request for Proposals for FY 
2000.'' The document contained an incorrect statement regarding the 
funding that may be requested per year.

Correction

    In the Federal Register of November 1, 1999, in FR Doc. 99-28574, 
on page 58817, in the third column, correct the last sentence in the 
SUMMARY paragraph to read:

SUMMARY: * * * ``Proposals may request up to $150,000 per year for a 
maximum of two years, and each proposal must include additional 
matching funds equivalent to at least 50% of the Federal funds 
requested.''
