EFFECTIVE DATES: Fee collections will go into effect at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, March 15, 1999. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The lands included in this fee collection site are those public lands on the east side of Highway 95 within Mt. Diablo Meridian, Sections 29 and 32, T. 10 N., R. 29E. The authority for fee collection is 36 CFR 71.9. Any person failing to comply with fee payment shall be subject to applicable provisions of 36 CFR 71.12. Any violations of the rules governing conduct and use of the developed recreation site under 43 CFR 8365.2 shall be subject to imprisonment for not more than 12 months, or a fine in accordance with the applicable provisions of 18 U.S.C. 3571, or both.
