Moller-Maersk Line (``Maersk'') Samskip Incorporated (``Samskip'') Synopsis: The proposed Agreement would permit Maersk to charter space aboard its vessels to Samskip on an ``as needed'' basis in the trade between United States Atlantic and California ports and ports in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Scandinavia.
