AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.

ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: This document allots Channel 294A to Lockwood, Montana, in 
response to a petition filed by Lockwood Broadcasting Company. See 64 
FR 5738, February 5, 1999. The coordinates for Channel 294A at Lockwood 
are 45-49-09 NL and 108-24-51 WL. The channel can be allotted to 
Lockwood without a site restriction. With this action, this proceeding 
is terminated. A filing window for Channel 294A at Lockwood will not be 
opened at this time. Instead, the issue of opening a filing window for 
this channel will be addressed by the Commission in a subsequent order.

EFFECTIVE DATE: July 26, 1999.
