State of Florida; Amendment #1

    The above-numbered declaration is hereby amended to include Duval 
and Gulf Counties and the contiguous counties of Baker, Bay, Calhoun, 
Clay, Franklin, Liberty, Nassau, and St. Johns in the State of Florida 
as an economic injury disaster loan area as a result of toxic algae 
blooms, known as Red Tide, beginning on August 19, 1999.
    All other information remains the same, i.e., the deadline for 
filing applications for economic injury is July 18, 2000.
