ACTION: Notice. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of an emergency for the State of North Carolina, (FEMA-3141-EM), dated September 1, 1999, and related determinations. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of an emergency for the State of North Carolina is hereby amended to include debris removal (Category A) under the Public Assistance program for the following areas among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared an emergency by the President in his declaration of September 1, 1999: Brunswick, Carteret, Currituck, Dare, Hyde, New Hanover, Onslow, Pamlico and Pender Counties for debris removal (Category A) under the Public Assistance program (already designated for emergency protective measures (Category B) under the Public Assistance program. Beaufort and Craven Counties for debris removal and emergency protective measures (Categories A and B) under the Public Assistance program.
