SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: This is the second meeting of the Governmentwide Policy Board's Committee for Excellence in Customer Satisfaction. The Committee is responsible for providing advice and recommendations regarding new and ongoing initiatives to improve customer satisfaction with the services provided by the Executive Branch. The Committee's planned agenda includes the following: 1:15 to 1:30 Call to Order and Opening Remarks. 1:30 to 1:45 Introductions. 1:45 to 2:30 Subcommittee Reports. 2:30 to 2:45 Break. 2:45 to 3:45 Executive Roundtable on Top Recommendations and Implementation Strategies. 3:45 to 4:15 Committee Operations. 4:15 to 4:30 Summary of Decisions. 4:30 to 5:00 Public Comment Period. 5:00 Adjourn. The meeting of the Committee is open to the public; however, advance registration is required due to the limited seating available and the need to obtain prior clearance to enter the Old Executive Office Building. Attendance will be confirmed on a first-come, first- served basis. You must provide the following information by the close of business on September 24, 1999, to the point of contact listed above in order to be admitted: (a) Full name of the attendee; (2) Date of birth, and (3) Social Security number. In order to enter the Old Executive Office Building at the time of the meeting, each attendee must present a form of legal identification, such as a driver's license, bearing their picture and the personal information requested in this paragraph. With advance notification to the contact person listed above, members of the public may make brief statements from 4:30 to 5:00. Oral statements may not exceed 5 minutes in length.
