Take notice that on December 9, 1999, Northern Border Pipeline Company (Northern Border) tendered for filing to become part of Northern Border Pipeline Company's FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheet to become effective January 1, 2000: Substitute Fifteenth Revised Sheet Number 157 Northern Border proposes to correct the Minimum Revenue Credit from 3.095 cents per 100 Dekatherm-Miles to 2.808 cents per 100 Dekatherm- Miles to reflect the correct amount for debt repayment obligation in the computation of the Minimum Revenue Credit for Rate Schedule IT-1. Northern Border states that copies of this filing have been sent to all of Norther Border's contracted shippers and interested state regulatory commissions. Any person desiring to protest this filing should file a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE, Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with section 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests must be filed as provided in Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations.
