ACTION: Notice of realty action, direct sale of public lands in Conejos and Lake Counties, CO. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- [[Page 25902]] SUMMARY: The following described land has been examined and found suitable for disposal by direct sale under Section 203 of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 (43 U.S.C. 1713) at no less than the appraised fair market value: COC-58098 T.36N., R.6E., N.M.P.M., Section 24: Lot 13, comprising approximately 3.21 acres. COC-62304 T.9S., R.81W., Sixth P.M., Section 36: that portion of the E2E2 lying easterly of the Lake Placer (MS 2358) and the Law Placer (MS 4752) containing 1 acre, more or less. The land described is hereby segregated from appropriation under the public land laws, including the mining laws, pending disposition of this action or 270 days from the date of publication of this notice, whichever occurs first. The land in parcel COC-58098 will be offered to Hal and Mindy Wilson. This sale will be made to resolve an inadvertent trespass situation. The land in COC-62304 will be offered to Scott Peregoy. The parcel is a small irregular parcel interfering with use of adjacent residential property. It has been determined that the subject parcels contains no known mineral values; therefore, mineral interests may be conveyed simultaneously. Acceptance of the direct sale offer will qualify the purchaser to make application for conveyance of those mineral interests. The patents, when issued, will contain certain reservations to the United States. Detailed information concerning this sale, including the prices, patent reservations, etc. will be available upon request.
