Take notice that on July 1, 1999, Florida Gas Transmission Company (FGT) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets to become effective August 1, 1999: Eighth Revised Sheet No. 102B Third Revised Sheet No. 102C Seventh Revised Sheet No. 116 Sixth Revised Sheet No. 121 Third Revised Sheet No. 125 Third Revised Sheet No. 129B FGT states that on April 2, 1999, in Docket No. RM96-1-011, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issued Order No. 587-K. In Order No. 587-K, the Commission incorporated into its regulations, by reference, the standards set forth in Version 1.3 which were promulgated by the Gas Industry Standards Board (GISB) on July 31, 1998. Order No. 587-K requires pipelines to implement the incorporated regulations by the first day of the month following ninety days after publication of Order No. 587-K in the Federal Register, and to file to conform their tariffs to Version 1.3 not more than sixty and not less than thirty days prior to the implementation date. FGT states that the instant filing includes revised tariff sheets in compliance with Order No. 587-K. The revisions do not include the modifications to the intraday nomination and scheduling standards previously filed by FGT and accepted by the Commission in Docket No. RP99-14, et al. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426 in accordance with Sections 384.214 or 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such motions or protests must be filed in accordance with Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Any person wishing to become a party must file a motion to intervene. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and are available for public inspection.
