Take notice that on July 1, 1999, Transwestern Pipeline Company (Transwestern), tendered for filing changes in its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets proposed to be effective August 1, 1999: Eighth Revised Sheet No. 49 Second Revised Sheet No. 80A.01 Transwestern states that the above-listed tariff sheets are filed to comply with Order No. 587-K issued April 2, 1999 in Docket No. Rm96- 1-011 incorporating Version 1.3 of the Gas Industry Standards Board business practice standards. Transwestern further states that copies of the filing have been mailed to each of its customers and interested State Commissions. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426 in accordance with Sections 385.214 or 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such motions or protests must be filed in accordance with Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding.
