Take notice that on July 1, 1999, Michigan Gas Storage Company (MGSCo) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1, Fourth Revised Tariff Sheet No. 41A and Fifth Revised Tariff Sheet No. 54A, with an effective date of August 1, 1999. MGSCo states that the filing is being made in compliance with Order No. 587-K, regarding Gas Industry Standards Board (GISB) standards. MGSCo states that copies of this filing are being served on all customers and applicable state regulatory agencies. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street NE., Washington, DC 20426 in accordance with Sections 385.214 or 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations.
