SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Effective July 12, 1999, the Commission established a schedule for the conduct of the subject five-year reviews (64 FR 38690, July 19, 1999). On November 24, 1999, counsel for parties in support of the continuation of the duty orders submitted a request for an extension of the Commission's deadline for its determinations in these reviews. On November 29, 1999, counsel for parties opposed to the continuation of the duty orders and that submitted comments, indicated that they did not object to the request for an extension. Accordingly, the Commission has determined to exercise further its authority to extend the review period by up to 90 days pursuant to 19 U.S.C. Sec. 1675(c)(5)(B), and is hereby revising its schedule. The revised schedule for the conduct of the subject reviews is as follows: the prehearing staff report in the reviews will be placed in the nonpublic record on January 28, 2000; the deadline for filing prehearing briefs is February 8, 2000; requests to appear at the hearing should be filed in writing with the Secretary to the Commission on or before February 9, 2000; the prehearing conference will be held at the US International Trade Commission Building at 9:30 a.m. on February 11, 2000; the hearing will be held at the US [[Page 68117]] International Trade Commission Building at 9:30 a.m. on February 17, 2000; the deadline for filing posthearing briefs is February 29, 2000; the Commission will make its final release of information on March 22, 2000; and final party comments are due on March 24, 2000.
