DATES: The Pacific whiting Stock Assessment Review Panel will meet beginning at 10:00 a.m., February 17, 1999 and continue until 5:00 p.m. on February 18, 1999 or as necessary to complete business. Although other issues not contained in this agenda may come before the Panel for discussion, in accordance with the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act, those issues may not be the subject of formal action during the meeting.
