ACTION: Notice ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: This notice terminates a Recreation and Public Purpose Act Classification on 43.81 acres as this classification is no longer needed. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: On June 3, 1971, 43.81 acres were classified as suitable for Recreation and Public Purposes. The classification is hereby terminated and the segregation for the following described lands is hereby terminated: T. 2 N., R. 3 E., B.M. Section 5: Lot 4. The area described above aggregates 43.81 acres in Ada County. At 9 a.m. on November 9, 1999, the Recreation and Public Purposes Act classification identified above will be terminated. The lands will remain closed to location and entry under the public land laws and the general land laws, as the lands are currently segregated for exchange. Dated: November 3, 1999.
