Considerations

    On November 3, 1999, the Federal Register published the Biweekly 
Notice of Applications and Amendments to Operating Licenses Involving 
No Significant Hazards Consideration. On page 59797 the 30-day date for 
hearing request should be corrected from ``December 10, 1999,'' to read 
``By December 3, 1999, the licensee may file a request for a hearing. * 
* *''
