Correction

    In notice document 99-14997, appearing on page 31846, in the issue 
of Monday, June 14, 1999, make the following corrections:
    1. On page 31846, in the first column, in the 16th line, 
``qualify,'' should read ``quality,''.
    2. On page 31846, in the second column, under the heading 
SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION, in the 12th line, ``to'' should read 
``the''.
