SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION

[Declaration of Disaster #3186, Amdt. 2]

 
State of Iowa

    In accordance with a notice received from the Federal Emergency 
Management Agency dated June 7, 1999, the above-numbered Declaration is 
hereby amended to include Scott County in the State of Iowa as a 
disaster area as a result of damages caused by severe storms, flooding, 
and tornadoes beginning on May 16 and continuing through May 29, 1999.
    In addition, applications for economic injury loans from small 
businesses located in the following contiguous counties may be filed 
until the specified date at the previously designated location: 
Muscatine County, Iowa and Rock Island County, Illinois. Any counties 
contiguous to the above-named primary county and not listed herein have 
been previously declared.
    All other information remains the same, i.e., the deadline for 
filing applications for physical damage is July 19, 1999, and for 
economic injury the deadline is February 22, 2000.
