summary: The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has established the 
Commission on 21st Century Production Agriculture. In accordance with 
Section 10(a)(2) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA), notice 
is hereby given of the fifth meeting of the Commission on 21st Century 
Production Agriculture. The purpose of this meeting is to prepare for 
the Commission's final report on the effects of the Federal Agriculture 
Improvement and Reform Act of 1996, plan for public listening sessions 
to be held in 1999, and any other necessary business. This meeting will 
be open to the public.

place, date, and time of meeting: The meeting will be at the Kansas 
City Airport Marriott Hotel, 775 Brasilia, Kansas City, Missouri, 
64153, from 9:00-5:00 CST on May 10, 1999, from 8:30-5:00 CST on May 
11, 1999, and from 8:30-2:00 CST on May 12, 1999.
