Announcement of Intent To Grant an Exclusive License for a U.S. 
Army-Owned Patent

AGENCY: U.S. Army, Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: The Department of the Army announces that, unless there is 
objection, in sixty days it will grant an Exclusive license for 
European and Near Eastern countries to Reinmetall Industries AG, 
Dusseldorf, Germany, on U.S. Army Patent 5,328,130 issued on July 12, 
1994, entitled ``Stabilizer For A Cannon Projectile'' by Stewart Gilman 
and Anthony Farina, Army docket no. DAR-49-91, together with all 
foreign counterpart patents or patent applications.
