The current limits for certain categories are being adjusted for carryforward used in 1998. That directive concerns imports of certain cotton, wool, man-made fiber, silk blend and other vegetable fiber textiles and textile products, produced or manufactured in Korea and exported during the period January 1, 1999 through December 31, 1999.
