Take notice that on January 5, 1999, South Georgia Natural Gas Company (South Georgia) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheet with the proposed effective date of January 1, 1999: Fourth Revised Sheet No. 92 South Georgia states that the purpose of this filing is to eliminate the references to the FAS 106 surcharge in Section 25 of its Tariff in compliance with the Commission's letter order in the referenced docket issued December 23, 1998. Any person desiring to protest this filing should file a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE, Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with section 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations.
