ACTION: Notice of Intent to Rule on Application. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: The FAA proposes to rule and invites public comment on the application to impose and use PFC revenue at Roberts Field-Redmond Municipal Airport under the provisions of 49 U.S.C. 40117 and Part 158 of the Federal Aviation Regulations (14 CFR 158). SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The FAA proposes to rule and invites public comment on the application (99-03-C-00-RDM) to impose and use PFC revenue at Roberts Field-Redmond Municipal Airport, under the provisions of 49 U.S.C. 40117 and Part 158 of the Federal Aviation Regulations (14 CFR Part 158). On September 15, 1999, the FAA determined that the application to impose and use the revenue from a PFC submitted by City of Redmond, Redmond, Oregon, was substantially complete within the requirements of section 158.25 of Part 158. The FAA will approve or disapprove the application, in whole or in part, no later than December 17, 1999. The following is a brief overview of the application. Level of the proposed PFC: $3.00. Proposed charge effective date: December 1, 2000. Proposed charge expiration date: April 1, 2004. Total requested for use approval: $1,021,900. Brief description of proposed project: Impose and Use: Reconstruct taxiway ``F'' North and construct exit taxiway and holding apron; Installation of Distance-to-go signs on runway 10/28 & REILS on runway 4; Construct Building for storage & Maintenance of Airport Snow & Ice Control Equipment & Materials; Reconstruct taxiway ``F'' South & Relocate taxiway ``H.'' Class or classes of air carriers which the public agency has requested not be [[Page 51364]] required to collect PFC's: Air taxi/commercial operators.
